This sword is in partial Gunto mounts, all parts fit well with no rattle. It has a late war Tsuka, a company grade officers sword tassel and a nice Myochin signed tsuba. It has a two Kanji inscription of Kanemitsu, that along with the overall sugata and hamon suggest its a Koto Mino sword.
Though it is out of polish, you can see the Hamon, you can also see the Boshi is still present.
